“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

-C. G. Jung

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Nina (she/her). I am a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health and wellness. I offer psychotherapy services in person in Hamilton and virtually across Ontario.

I welcome all parts of you. Your messy parts, your confused parts, your fearful and disillusioned parts, your sad parts, your overwhelmed parts, your achieving parts, your ashamed parts – I welcome and hold space for them all. I work with women who are seeking deep healing and freedom from unwanted patterns so they can live from a place of authenticity and connection. My approach is centred on integration. Disconnection from the deeper Self lies at the heart of psychological distress. Integration, which implies wholeness and unity, is a process of reconnection.

Women of all backgrounds and identities are welcome. I am continually learning and growing as a therapist and as a human being, and deepening my skills and knowledge through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens. I am human just like you and will meet you as a human first, and as a therapist second.

Areas of Focus: Trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, women’s mental health, relationships and attachment, emotional regulation, shame, parenting, life transitions, stress

“Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
